We are thrilled to announce a successful FarmLink!
As a result of its Catskills FarmLink listing, a500+ acre former dairy has been leased to a beginning farmer with a small herd of heifers that she hopes to begin milking within the year.
For several years June Wright has been developing Tuff-a-Nuff Farm, growing a small herd of heifers while looking for the right opportunity to rent a farm at which she could begin living her life-long dream of starting a small dairy. This marks an exciting day for our project and for the future of farming in our region. Together, we can bring more farmers to Catskills land and raise awareness for the fabulous farm products made here.
